What you are paying for
The fee is for the planning only. Tours, hotels, restaurants, cars and transfers are paid to the operator at their own price, and we never add a mark-up.

If something you wanted is already full, we say so, offer the option we would take ourselves, and wait for your word before anything is booked. The planning fee is unchanged either way, because the planning is the work.
Refundable in full until we start building your plan. Once the work has started, the fee covers the hours already spent on your trip. The planning clauses in our terms say the same in full.

Planning for December to April? That's peak season here, and the best tables and tours tend to fill 4 to 6 weeks out. Reaching out early simply leaves the good slots open.

The full policy is in our terms of service. Nothing is charged until we have talked through your trip and you decide to go ahead.
No. The fee is for the planning only. Every tour, hotel night, table, car and transfer in your plan is paid to that operator at their own published price, and we never add a mark-up. On Done-For-You and White-Glove we request those bookings for you after you approve the list by email, and you still pay each operator directly, on their page or on the day.
