Two things are worth knowing before you go. The helmet dives (Sea Trek and Snuba) and the cabanas are paid upgrades bought on the island, the standard ticket sees the flamingos from a distance while being among them needs a paid premium area, and the beach is naturally rocky, so water shoes earn their space in the bag.
Pro tip
Take one of the first ferries if you want a beach bed before they go, and pack water shoes, because the beach here is naturally rocky. If you fancy the helmet walk, you book and pay for it on the island on the day, on top of your ticket.
