Vacations rest the body; this hour rests the part of you that kept planning the vacation. The session opens gently with breath and a chakra opening, settles into a guided meditation, and then the instruments take over: singing bowls, gongs, resonant tones layering with the waves a few steps away. You do nothing but lie on warm sand and let it happen.
Sessions run Monday and Thursday mornings and stay deliberately small. If you want movement first, the same instructor teaches a beach yoga class on Tuesdays and Fridays, with its own page.

What actually happens in a sound healing session?
You settle onto the sand, the session opens with breathwork and a chakra opening, moves into a guided meditation, and then the instruments take over: singing bowls, gongs and other resonant tones washing over you while you simply lie there. About an hour, and no two sessions are exactly alike.
Do I need any experience or beliefs for this?
None. You need a towel and the willingness to lie still on a beautiful beach for a while. Skeptics regularly walk away the most surprised; the physics of resonance does not ask what you believe.
Is this the same as the beach yoga class?
No, they are two different experiences on different days. This is the full sound healing, chakra opening and meditation session, Mondays and Thursdays. The beach yoga class (Tuesdays and Fridays) is a movement practice that ends with a short sound bath, and it has its own page. Many guests do both.
Where exactly on Eagle Beach?

What should we bring?
A towel or mat, water, and comfortable clothes you can lie down in. The instruments and the beach are provided.
Can kids join a session?
Teens from 12 are welcome and pay the adult price. Younger ages are not something the instructor publishes, so tell us who is coming when you book and we check it with her before anything is paid. The session asks you to lie still on the sand for about an hour, which is worth weighing up for a young child.
What happens if we cancel?
Until the deposit is paid there is nothing to cancel. After that: cancel 48 hours or more before the activity and the deposit ($8 per person) comes back in full, to the card you paid it on. Inside 48 hours, and for a no-show, the deposit is not refunded, but the date can move or the booking can transfer to someone else in your group.
