The Eagle Beach sessions
Stretch, breathe, then the bowls
There is a version of Aruba that happens before the beach chairs fill: soft light, cool sand, the sea still glassy. These sessions live there. The yoga hour moves at the pace of the waves, all levels, every pose with a gentler option, and closes with ten minutes flat on your back while singing bowls and gongs do something to your nervous system that no beach nap has ever managed.
The sound healing session goes deeper: chakra opening, guided meditation, and the long slow wash of resonant instruments with the sea as the backing track. No experience needed for either; bring a towel and curiosity.

How the session flows
Arrive
Shoes off at the blue equipment
The meeting spot is directly across from O Condominium and La Quinta, under shade, with parking and the bus stop right there. Roll out a towel; the hard part is over.
The flow
Yoga at the pace of the waves
A fusion practice tuned to whoever shows up: first-timers get gentler variations, regulars get more. The sand does half the balancing work for you.
Stillness
Guided meditation
A short landing: breath, sea sound, the mind finally arriving on the island your body reached days ago.
The bowls
The sound bath
Singing bowls, gongs and resonant instruments while you lie in shavasana. Ten minutes that most guests call the deepest rest of their whole trip.

Your instructor
Taught by someone the beach knows by name
Your instructor has called Aruba home for more than 25 years and holds these sessions on the same stretch of Eagle Beach she practices on herself. Mornings here, sunrise hikes to the natural pool on the other days: her whole calendar is the island at its quietest hours.
Sessions stay small and personal. Tell her it is your first time, or your fiftieth, and the hour is tuned to exactly that.
- 25+ years living on Aruba
- Certified yoga and sound healing instructor
- Also guides the sunrise Natural Pool hike

The honest fit
Is this your day?
We would rather lose a booking than put you on the wrong morning. Read both sides.
Book it if
- You want one hour of the vacation that is actually about you
- First-timers, stiff travelers, and skeptical partners: all levels is meant literally
- You are curious what a sound bath does; the answer is best discovered lying on warm sand
- You are staying low-rise: the meeting point is a barefoot walk away
Skip it if
- You want a sweaty power-yoga workout; this hour is about softening, not burning
- Little ones under 12 are in tow for the sessions; teens from 12 join at adult price
- Lying still for ten minutes sounds like torture; take the sunrise hike with the same guide instead

Good to know
Asked before every session
How much do the Eagle Beach sessions cost?
Beach yoga with the sound bath is $30 per person; the sound healing, chakra opening and meditation session is $40 per person. Teens from 12 pay the adult price. A small deposit by email confirms your spot ($6 for yoga, $8 for sound healing) and the rest is settled at the beach.
I have never done yoga. Can I join?
Yes, that is the point of this class. It is an all-levels fusion session with variations tailored to your comfort, on soft sand, with the sea as the soundtrack. Tell us it is your first time when you book and the instructor takes it from there.
What is a sound bath?
The last ten minutes of the yoga session, and the heart of the sound healing session: you lie comfortably on the sand while singing bowls, gongs and other resonant instruments wash over you. Most people describe it as the deepest they have relaxed all vacation.
Where exactly on Eagle Beach?
Directly across the street from O Condominium and La Quinta Resort, by the blue exercise equipment, under a shaded area. The exact spot comes with your confirmation, and public parking and the bus stop are right there.
What should we bring?
A towel or mat, water, and clothes you can move in. That is genuinely all; the instruments and the beach are provided.
Can we book both sessions?
Yes, and it is a lovely double. Book each session with its own date in the form, or tell us in the notes that you want both and we plan them with the instructor in one go.
The bowls are already on the sand
One hour on the best beach on the island, tuned entirely to you. Reserve the session; the deposit waits until your spot is confirmed.
