There is a version of Aruba that happens before the beach chairs fill: soft light, cool sand, the sea still glassy. These sessions live there. The yoga hour moves at the pace of the waves, all levels, every pose with a gentler option, and closes with ten minutes flat on your back while singing bowls and gongs do something to your nervous system that no beach nap has ever managed.

How much does beach yoga cost, and when does it run?
The class is $30 per person, teens from 12 pay the adult price, and it runs Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30 AM. A $6 per person deposit by email confirms your spot and the remaining $24 per person goes to your instructor by Zelle the day before, when she sends the request. Zelle only works when both the sender and the receiver hold US bank accounts, so a Canadian, European or other non-US account cannot send it: choose "I will pay on the morning" in the form and you settle the balance in US dollars on the sand instead.
I have never done yoga. Can I join?
Yes, that is the point of this class. It is an all-levels fusion session with variations tailored to your comfort, on soft sand, with the sea as the soundtrack. Tell us it is your first time when you book and the instructor takes it from there.
What is the sound bath at the end?
The last ten minutes of the class: you lie comfortably on the sand while singing bowls and gongs wash over you. If that part is what draws you, the same instructor leads a full sound healing, chakra opening and meditation session on Mondays and Thursdays; it has its own page and its own booking.

Is this the same as the sound healing session?
No, they are two different experiences on different days. Beach yoga (this page) is the Tuesday and Friday morning class that ends with a short sound bath. The full sound healing, chakra opening and meditation session runs Mondays and Thursdays and is booked on its own page. Many guests do both.
How long is the class?
About an hour on the sand, Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30 AM, with the last ten minutes given to the sound bath during shavasana.
Can kids join the class?
Teens from 12 are welcome and pay the adult price. Younger ages are not something the instructor publishes, so tell us who is coming when you book and we check it with her before anything is paid.
What happens if we cancel?
Until the deposit is paid there is nothing to cancel. After that: cancel 48 hours or more before the activity and the deposit ($6 per person) comes back in full, to the card you paid it on. Inside 48 hours, and for a no-show, the deposit is not refunded, but the date can move or the booking can transfer to someone else in your group.
